Management & Operations
Saul Plasencia is our longest serving employee, beginning as a delivery waiter and currently our general manager of operations. His local knowledge, understanding of customer's needs and good business sense has been vital in operating our business effectively. From our call center to dispatching and operations, he has been and remains an integral part of our organization.
